CR = Combat Routine.
It controls casting all of the spells and abilities for your character. Can be used with an AFK bot base (i.e. to auto run LFRs, battlegrounds and such), or you can use it with a manual control bot base - which is what people use in arenas - so that the player controls the movement of the toon, and the CR casts all of the spells/abilities.
