Is there a quicker way than closing RB, making your changes, and then opening RB again? I was hoping that toggling start / stop would reload the CR but that does not seem to be the case.

Currently there is no way around a forced RB restart. There's this, but I never got it working:

In the settings folder open globalsettings.json and change "ReloadRoutinesOnFileChange": false, to true. But its a big hack and isn't guaranteed to work.
