I have 3 Honorbuddy sessions running on my computer, the WoW clients are perfect and actually using less CPU usage than the Honorbuddy clients..
All clients are default settings and default CR, using the Questing bot.

This is with fresh HB install and all of my HB clients are using about 7-12% CPU usage each, any tips on lowering this?
i7 3770k CPU and 16gb DDR3 ram if that matters.

Thanks.

The same is true for me - I'm running 5 clients and each WoW client is using about 3-5% with honorbuddy taking 6-8%.

I have a i7 3930 (6-core).

Try the following to reduce CPU usuage

1. Disable all Mods
2. Disable honorbuddy logging (settings & Tools, left hand side, Log Level == None)

Is it really a problem for you guys?

Im using a i7 - 4770k, 16gb ram, and GTX780
And I have no issues. Are you sure other processes arent causing issues? I know chrome tends to eat up a lot of CPU.
Only thing other than chrome, WoW (while botting) and any other game I'm running at the same time (Hearthstone, CIV5, etc) take up most CPU for me.

I don't any problems with my setup, I was just stating what I observed and offered some advice to reduce CPU. On this 39030 machine, I could probably run 15-20 clients no problem.

I have a second machine, an older Core i7 920 (Quad-Core) that is running a second set of 5.

It uses about 10 GB and 50% of the CPU. Runs like a champ.

I just want to be able to run a bunch of bots and play my main on same computer with minimal lag, till I can afford a second rig ;)

Running your main while botting at the same time on the same computer will get your main banned as well. Dont do it.

disable log -> maybe if you lower the tps (if framelock is on), not sure if singular is the most performant cc

if you wanna play at the same time, try to increase the process priority of you wow

thats all that came to my mind, and if you get the suggestion to disable logs just do it.....
1 click and you will see the result instead your posting here a question again which should have consumed more of your time that trying it out.

edit: not sure how IO intensive hb is and what data is accessed (just the in the hb folder + meshes) or also wow cache, if you put them on a ssd it "could" help.
+ make sure your harddisc is running in ahci mode not ide

Is there any way to make a questing profile change the log level? I mean not changing it in the HB settings manually but let a profile do it.
