Cpu usage last 2 versions hb

I have 2 same pc. Same profile (1-110 lvl questing) First pc (win7) = second pc (win10), but hb on first pc eat ~8-12% cpu on second pc hb eat ~20-30% cpu. Do fresh instal hb, clear cache wow, use buddy wizzard, doesnt help. What could be the problem? On another pc with win 10 (but more powerful) hb work fine.

Reinstall win10 on win7 on this pc, and bot works perfect. Pls close/delete
