CPU usage as compared to totus..

This is mainly directed at either bossland or hawker, or maybe an experienced botter who used totus to a large degree ( 6+ instances ). How does GB compare? I know that I can run like 6 HB instances just fine. How about GB? Is it super resource intensive? I have an intel q6600 2.4ghz with 8 gb ram. How many instances do you estimate I could run if I ran at like 20 fps max and all settings on low.
 
Gatherbuddy doesn't take up much of your cpu usage at all, I've rarely seen it go above 1% cpu usage, sometimes it will spike to 2% temporarily then go back down. The memory usage is anywere from 2.5mb to 6mb.

I've used both, and i can tell you this..
GB is WAY less resources demanding than totus .

i run 4 GB's and 2 HB's with 4 gigs of ram and a 2.8 AMD x3 cpu.
Cpu usage below 40% , ram usage around 3.2.

Keep in mind that both HB clients run at 50 fps , and the rest are at 15 fps.

The only Con. that GB has when compared to totus, would be the lack of the variation of options and the awesome nodes blacklisting system totus had which GB doesn't.

But that doesn't mean GB can't do the job! it does it Pretty good actually :)
 
memory wise its very little. its 2-6 MB per GB.

as far as memory as a whole, you can run 10 wows off of 4gb of ram depending on your settings

and cpu usage? its always very, very low. unless ur messing around in Dal, then its b/c of that

i run 5 normally and it cruises about 1/2 cpu (duo core @ 3.0 ghz). when i run 10, it cruises about 75% (5 bots and messing around on 5 other accts - leveling or whatever)
