cpu loaded 100%

i have 7 bots , use yar and isboxer
the cpu loaded is 100% now = =
how can i change it?
buy new cpu ? ram? cpu cooler?
or i can chaneg some setting ?

my computer is i5-4400 , GTX-650 ,16g,120g ssd
