I've had a liquid cooling system on on my machine for a few years and its pretty cool. I was searching the web for some info on freon cooling and found this video. It looks like a lot of fun. Have any of you guys done anything like this?

freon CPU cooling - YouTube

The part that really caught my attention was -4*C @ 99% cpu load.

better to buy a real cooler which doesn't use water, so if it leaks the parts aren't damaged...

if you want better than normal watercooling then you can use vapour - "Vapor Phase Refrigeration", but this will be expensive as only CPU Watercoolers have become mainstream within the past 1-3 years (no GPU watercooling yet...), most it was probably because that if it leaked your PC was destroyed but now they're making special liquid so that even if it does leak it won't destroy the parts... GPU cooling will probably be more mainstream within 5 years depending on how things go.

After that you're entering the liquid nitrogen/helium area which is only for overclocking PCs

Its not verry safe and when you god an good 1 you need to pay for around 300€+ you can use an big fan thats alot better (but not cool:3)
