CPU Cooling Fan

Hello I am looking for a good CPU cooling fan/system that is quite and keeps my CPU cool. I was trying to bear with the stock AMD cooling fan, but over the past 2 weeks the fan has become much louder and my CPU core temp is beging to rise.

So I am looking for a CPU fan that can keep my CPU at a decent temperature and be able to be so quite that I actually have to listen to be able to hear it.

Please keep all sugestions under $100. (If it is water cooling please make it maintence free)
*Will be running 6+ bots on the computer*

Just about to buy this, but was wondering can this be powered by a 4-Pin connecter? I think I see one in the picture.

My botherboard powers the CPU cooling fan through a 4-Pin connecter. Is it possible for this fan to work with this motherboard?

4-Pin and 3-Pin are interchangeable, the only difference is 4-Pin supports PWM (pulse-width modulation) allowing you to control the fan RPM dynamically.

3-pin fans will fit on a 4-pin fan header and 4-pin fans will fit on a 3-pin fan header.

That cooler is decent but I've no idea how good the stock fans are. The Akasa Venom is supposed to be a great mid-range cooler and the stock fan is very good. You can buy also stick a second Akasa Viper on it for a push-pull set up.

Also beware of any performance air cooler if all your memory modules are taken... memory with high heat spreaders don't work well with a lot of air coolers.

I love this CPU Cooler: Scythe - The Cooling Experts with scythe gentle typhoon ventilation, cooler master or noctua are fine too, but if you are looking for low temperatures in yout pc intel is better, sorry for my bad english, bye

Everyone who wants real air cooling should look at the Noctua NH-D14, there are no air coolers that do a better job. The ONLY downside to this cooler is its massive size, you need plenty of room in your case for this beast.
