cpu issues are fixed on latest release

Yes, on the latest. But it still consumes much of cpu. Maybe there is anything that can make it use less cpu?

Disable all addons and set the graphics to the lowest.
Make sure there are no programms running in the background (startup with windows).

Use Singular as your CC.
