Couldn't Log into buddy auth ort

After trying to log into my bot after 10000 times, i went to auth port and couldn't log in. So i decided to reset pass and still couldn't log. now it says


" Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
This account is locked out because of too many invalid password attempts. Please contact support at [email protected] "


Just now realized auth servers are down. But it's still locked.. so what do i do now? :/

Also i realize it was an email.. should i contact that orrrr would it be fine just posting it here?

wait untill the servers are back up, and we have a statment out, if your still having problems at that point then send an e-mail.
