Couldn't find a free WoW process to attach

I keep getting the below error when launching Honorbuddy. I'm using the launcher and it launches WoW, I enter world then it loads Honorbuddy but then proceeds to give the error.

We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy.
