Could you make more with my setup?

Allrightie, im not totally satisfied with my gold income. This is what i got available to me :

Id like to point out that the gold im after, is only for personal use. A guild is selling loot runs through HC SoO, and id like to gear one of my characters fast. This costs 300.000 gold, i got 130.000 atm.

1 acc - 90 druid - 500 ilvl
1 acc - 90 DK - 500 ilvl
1 acc with multiple 90s, highest is 569 ilvl Warlock
1 acc with multiple 90s, all around 520 ilvl

Right now im running the first 2 accounts in Gundrak, which (should) yield around 7-800g / hour each.
Ive tried running mining profiles, shuffling them with JC to make gems (but they sell poorly, im on High pop realm), selling the green rings and necks etc. Too time consuming, and the profit is minimal imo.

Got a character who has started transmog flipping, but again - this high pop realm has atleast 5-10 other people doing the same. So thats basically out of the question. Ive sold 3 items the last 36 hours :-/

PS. I know you wont tell exactly how you are getting your gold, you dont want competition etc, but perhaps there's a nice person out there that can point me in a direction i can try. Running out of ideas, and it suck

Well from what you mention here, you constantly getting goods to sell. But they r not selling, since there high competition. To solve this, you need make special account, which will be only on ah. There few AH bot for professionbuddy, dl, tune and gg make gold.

As someone who has done damn near everything in terms of farming and making gold, I can tell you that I can spot an AH botter from a mile away. These AH bots log in once every 10-15 minutes all day every day, constantly undercut you, and it's way too easy to drive their price through the floor and buy out their stock to sell for profit. Even if you're just botting to buy mats, you look awfully sketching standing in front of an auctioneer for 10+ hours without going afk or moving.

An AH bot is good for lazy people. I've tried a few of them, but nothing works as well as a bit of manual labor every day with TSM. I found I was actually losing gold while using an AH bot simply because it was costing so much to cancel and repost every half hour or so, plus the bots themselves are unpredictable and tend to mess up posting items.

You'll make enemies on your server if you're undercutting people every five minutes the whole day, which is something you certainly don't want to do as a botter. If I were you, I'd consider switching to a medium pop server if the competition is too high on your current server, or do a bit more research to find what's truly in demand.

Im not really keen on moving realm. Im not playing the game to make gold. Would just be lovely to get some decent cash flows for boosting my new main at some point.

Is there no other method than playing the AH ?


Ive read something about Potion of Luck farming etc, farming for specific Xmog items, run a hidden cow level lol?, or anything else..

I can't blame you for not wanting to switch realms. Do your toons have max tradeskills? This is sometimes a decent way to make gold. Again, it all depends on your server.

Naturally I won't give away all of my strategies, but I do have quite a bit of luck with searching for mats and making more mats. Meaning turning raw cloth into bolts, etc.

Once you find what works, you'll be making a decent bit of gold. Unless you're running 10 accounts at once (or something similar), you won't be raking in 100k a day. Working with one or two accounts takes time, patience, and trial & error.
