Could not load file or assembly

Hey, When I open honorbuddy I get a message that says

"Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of it's dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

any help?

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.
