How to fix this ? On all versions its the same problem.

c++ or .net issue

Ah, fml, forgot to add c++. Im using a new toy atm. Ty ty. I hope it works.

Hmm, something is missing again. After installing C++ and .Net i have the same error. How come ?

Ive fixed it only with Visual C++ x86 edition. Wierd. Ive download it x64 before and was not working.
