Could not generate any hotspots for quest Graverobbers. Please place a quest override

Hi,

I keep getting this error, even if i explicitly state the hotspots.
The quest override page on the wiki is empty, is this a HB bug or am i missing something?
Initially i thought the hotspot didn't contain the mobs in question, but even with other coordinates, i keep getting that error.
