Hi, HB4571Q91, and thanks for the log!

It looks like you've damaged your Honorbuddy-shipped Quest Behaviors, someway. Its okay to supplement the quest behaviors with ones from various places, but its not okay to overwrite the 'shipped' ones.

You should be good if you do a clean install of Honorbuddy. I'm sorry to have to recommend that, but with damaged behaviors, no telling what else has been stepped on.
