Hello Support,

There are a few issues with the Nav Server since my bots seem to connect to DB just fine but upon starting the bot they just stand still, sometimes they will move but then the same error saying it couldn't connect to the nav server will show up again and they will stand still.

I'm pretty sure is on your end since I've tried two different ISP and I still get the same error, tracing the route to the nav server also fails contanstly and times out.

I'm attaching the log to the post so you guys can take a look.

Already Tried a Clean DB Install with no Plugs
D3 Install
Beta Versions.

FYI.

Thanks.

the log has no start to it.

try it one more time, theres nothing going on with the servers that would cause it, also make sure your running the latest version of demonbuddy.

That's the full log, as soon as I saw the error in my demonbuddy screen I stopped the bot since it wouldnt do anything anyways.

I'll try to do one again and let it run longer if that helps at all.

Log Uploaded.

well it seems to be talking to the nav server fine now. if you leave it going is it working for you? or whats going on?

It just keeps doing this as you can probably see in the log.

Multiple people with the same issue guys, time to stop questioning us and work out whats going on. My logs are the same as above, showing no issues, but trust me, theres an issue.

we we wont ask for your permission if we need to ask a question, sorry

You are having issues connecting to our mesh server. Please open UDP and TCP ports 5031, whitelist HB in your anti-virus, and any other firewalls.

If you are at a school, government, or work building - you may have to contact the system admin to open UDP and TCP ports 5031.

There are no issues on our end.

I've forwarded the ports already and there is no AV/Firewall on this machine, I've also tried two different connections DSL and Cable from completely different ISP and ip blocks, I'm not having any packets loss to your server.

You can also see there are a few other threads regarding this issue.

This started to happen after the last Diablo 3 Update when you guys updates DB as well. Prior that it was working flawlesly for days, hence I think is most likely to be an issue on your end.

Besides doing what you asked me to do I've also tried DB clean install and Latest Beta release both with no plugins and it does the same, same error comes and it just stays like that until I close it out.
Also tried a fresh install of D3 and cleared the D3Prefs file so it would create a new one and same thing goes.

If you will just answer that is not on your end when everything points it is please just close the ticket and I'll wait for a reliable release this week or next, this happens often after D3 updates, it's common for us (users) to wait for a few releases for DB to finally work the way it was before.

Thanks

You can also check on this thread http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...2-nav-server-issue-bot-stopping-itself-2.html , that Tony confirmed that it was a NAV Server issue and he said that NAV Server should be working now, you also replied asking the user if it was working now, which points out that it is a nav server issue.
I only posted for the user to reconfirm that it is working.
I deleted his post saying that it was working, because he started mentioning stuff against forum rules.

I will say again. Currently there are no issues affecting our servers.

Ok, thanks I'll wait for the next version see if that fixes the issues.
