Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)

It's giving me this error 'Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)'

But it's not the wrong password, and i've changed it 3 times, please help?

P.s i've also logged out of pokemon on all my devices and it's still not working :/
