Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)

So, i have had a good look around the forum before i have posted, seen a few people with the same problem and one or more solution has worked for them, yet i cant mine to login

So, i have 1.0.83.0 installed,
Allowed on firewall,
Gmail login, no 2 step verification (even changed password to be easier)
Deleted Cache folder
Re-downloaded,
Turned PC off and back on.

Any help would be appreciated.
