most likely thats the problem but you can also try to power cycle your router or release your IP

*and ofc make sure you are using the correct credentials

I keep getting the same problem and having to re extract it into a new folder then it works

Delete Cache directory and restart helps here. Most times it's just because you entered a wrong login username/password.
