Could not connect to game servers.

When i try logging in behind my PIA VPN im unable to connect.

I wanted to run a second account on a different IP address. Is the an issue with the the game not allowing people to play behind vpns any more? As soon as i turn off the vpn it works fine but i read that you can run two different accounts on the same IP addrerss
