Was running strong and now I cannot log in. Tested with my phone once I closed PokeFarmer. Receiving "Failed to get game data from the server." Is this a soft ban? I haven't received an email. Log attached.

the location on your phone and PF, are they at the current location? Because it would seem to be like a softban since you "teleported" locations too quickly or too far. You should never open up on your phone if you're using PF.

I had been logged out of my phone the entire time I had PF running. I only logged in on my phone once I saw the error that it couldn't log in. The location PF was at versus my phone was approximately 3 miles.

How long did you wait to login?

Well I hadn’t noticed that it wasn’t running for several hours. So at least 2-3 hours.

The ‘Could not connect to game servers.’ error is what I get on PF. I get ‘Failed to get game data from server.’ if I check PG on my phone.

If you're unable to login to your phone it's a ban.
