hi there, i keep getting that error message, been getting it for the last 14-17 hours, i tried googling it, and several posts kept saying a ban or whatnot, so i did contact niantic and had them check if i was banned, and the representative said that my account is not banned in any way what so ever, so i figured i would ask here if anyone knew what that message could mean?

when this is said tho, i get an error message on my phone aswell, and the message is : Failed to get game data from the server. i did google that aswell, and people says it might point towards either a ban, or server issues, but seeing that the guy from their support said that i had no bans what so ever on my account, i figured i would ask in here, to see if anyone else might be experiencing the same problem?

i'll add a log, if that helps, but yea.. would love some insight if anyone has some!

The last that i received that message, it was a permanent ban. There's nothing i can do to help you. I would suggest you wait a day or two, and see if you can login using your mobile device after that. Do not use PF in the mean time IMO.

aaaah, i see, i hope its not that, seeing that their support is saying that im not banned! however, i will wait and see for a couple of days, thanks for the quick reply mate!

Yeah I know but it's really strange for you to get that error if you aren't banned. Might be their server issues.
