Everytime I try to log into Pokefarmer with a Gmail account it says could not connect to game servers. Please try again later over and over.

I read online that you can kill a session in progress to fix this issue, but also I can't log into the buddy authen. I must have made an account a long time go for honorbuddy attached to my email, but I don't know what my login name was. I have access to my email, but email alone is not enough to request a password change. I also need my login name and see nowhere to retrieve this.
