cooking profile loadiin only, no questing profiles available

just bought another hb key, can log in with my serial, ensured all microsoft updates are current (netframework, c++, etc.) i can view the different bots in the drop down. when questing is selected, i go to load profile> buddy store. in this pop up menu the only thing appearing is a cooking profile. no questing profiles are displaying. i uninstalled and reinstalled HB, now when i go to load a profile for questing nothing displays in the menu.

update: out of nowhere, i am now able to view questing profiles. this may have changed it but i disabled allstreaming then enabled streaming for questing pack, closed client, launched client, then was able to access questing profile. also ran HB as admin to play it safe.
