Converting WoWHead Coordinates?

How can I convert WoWHead coodinates to Honorbuddy coordinates?
And, can the Z axis be ignored in a hotspot?
The reason I'm asking is that I want to create GoTo profiles (for FP's mainly) fast and easy.

I think the program Apoc made can be find the Z axis too.
