4.10 will bring a major overhaul of party logic. Rather than be based on leader or follower, it will be based on party role (Tank, Healer, DPS) therefor you can tweak things alot more as well as not run into logic hangs if you lose a party member or if the party leader happens to dps while the follower is a tank so to speak.

So hold on am I understandin this right, we'll be able to TANK????
 
Hopefully its coming out in the next version but it will be very risky cause the slightest bug and your done cause everyone's focus is on the tank but should be great for people with 5 accounts.
