So I am going to ask this question. I am certain it has been asked before but I couldn?t find it so I thought I would ask again.

With the new integration of GB into HB, will there continue to be releases of GB as a separate, standalone program? I ask as I finally have GB set up just perfect with my custom paths smooth as silk, all my bad nodes marked and my attacks set up in such a nice and random way that my fighting doesn?t really look bottish at all and I can fly around for hours never dying.

Although I am sure that there will eventually be added features in the HB version that will cause me to want to switch over, for the moment I enjoy the standalone version and want to know that it will continue to be updated and kept safe from detection. Thanks in advance for any help everyone gives. :)
 
yes hawker has stated that GB 1 will be fully supported as he LOVES his GB1
 
I'd start using it ... again, if you could not make it fly straight up after every herb/mine definietly :)

I have never minded the straight up flying...I do this all the time playing regular just to get some height. I have always found the fact that you fly straight to the herb and land right on top of it every time to be a dead botting giveaway. Of course, only Blizz folks would know about this and anyone who has ever botted. The rest live in blissful ignorance. Landing a few yards away from a node/herb and running over to it to harvest would be more life like but there are limitations to any program, even one as great as GB. :)

I mainly prefer it right now because HB seems to take up more system resources than GB so I can have 3 GB's open on one of my systems without issue vs. only 1 HB or possibly 2 HB with a bit of a system grind.
 
i remember having problems in the early gatherbuddy release about it not hitting the node straight on... i would fly up to fix itself constantly
 
Guess none of you remember Yoink! Then? ;) That had some serious issues to start out with.
