Continually casts healing touch when fighting

Playing the druid toon, and the bot will cast healing touch way too early (and continually). I have another CR as well, and it seemed to work better, but there is an option to turn off that spell. Does this in combat bot, gathering, and party.

you may want to report in the Singular thread. be patient, there are more than a few bugs today

I Changed it to regrowth through the default routines

Put this inside of

Honorbuddy->Routines->Singular->ClassSpecific->Druid
