Constantly Avoiding Enemies

I'm not sure what I may have done wrong but it works and doesn't it seems to just skip lots of stuff it should handle fine. My avoidance settings were and reset to defaults. I could post more if need be just give me a heads up.

Left the top lines out it seemed a bit sensitive to my windows platform, and ip perhaps? Hope that is ok I am happy to add it if its safe also wasnt sure if it was apart of my week key.
