Constant looting of one stop issue - After Update

Have updated to the same issue i had yesterday after purchase.

The bot picks one pokestop and sticks to it, I am not softbanned as the logs will atest, as I am still able to loot pokestops manually and catch pokemon with looting turned off.

No. Its empty because I cant use pokestops...

Did you read my last thread? or miss the logs where I was using balls and not having them replaced? You guys are running around closing threads left right and centre without any regard for your customer base. Half of us have been pushed here from the closure of mygobot without any real information and we have purchased this software that isn't meeting its targets.

Now please dont get me wrong, i fully appreciate the effort and hard work you guys are doing, but can you drop the whole softban ip blocking stories and actually tell us what is happening with this software and why its not interacting with pokestops the same way my go bot did.

for two days this software hasnt worked right, straight out of the box it couldnt move from one pokestop to another without spamming this error.
I opened a thread, and was told to download the update and before I could even respond that thread was closed. Its still an open ticket! My issues not resolved, and youve gone and closed the thread. Do you know how frustrating that is?!

Anyway, please advise me on what i need to do to get this working. I have used a vpn, no luck. I have tried downgrading the pokefarmer to all previous versions and it didnt work then either, I have refreshed closed it and left it running for 1 hour with it still stuck. I have done all I can. Personally i think this is down to the way the bot travels from one pokestop to another, it picks the closest pokestop but doesnt know that it just went there. So its constantly trying to reloot it.



see this snippet from the log - it shows that the bot began working fine, it travelled from one stop looted it, then moved on, looted another then moved to the third and began looting then got stuck.

All my logs and a screenshot are attached below, so that you can see ive waited longer than 40 attempts for the softban to clear etc.
