Constant Disconnects

First of all, I have no complaints about Honorbuddy, but I would like to get this issue resolved. I am getting constant disconnects. I have done a fresh install of HB, WoW, and have no addons. I'm not experiencing any errors, just very frequent disconnects. I have given HB a firewall exception. This happens regardless of the the CC that is used. If I need to provide any additional information please let me know.

go in wow settings and make sure that both options under network section are disabled

I don't have any addons currently installed.
