Consequences of Warden update

This is mostly for the devs here.
Diablo 3 was recently hit with a pretty big banwave after an update to Blizzard's monitoring system, Warden.
Is there any indication that something like that is headed for Hearthstone too?
If so, are there any mechanisms in place to avoid such a wave?

I'm not sure how to even interpret this statement...

When Warden was updated in January some people most likely got caught by starting their game client(s) and bot(s) after the Warden update but before the tripwire event shut down the bots. Since then Demonbuddy and Hearthbuddy were both updated to avoid detection by the new Warden but there is always a chance that you could get caught in a variety of ways.
