for now ya...
but it is an ongoing issue, and since no one gives us any information as to WHY this is happening, it seems like your doing nothing about it. Im not accusing you of doing nothing, but a little information as to why it is happening would lead to a general " Understanding ", which would help in your expectation of us all waiting patiently.
Without information... you get angry people who get tired of the same issue over and over again, which is where I am now. I have asked continuously for ANY information as to why this happens, and I've been met with a brick wall or no response. Its unrealistic and unfair to assume everyone is going to be patient and compliant when problems keep happening and there is no response to the problems.
