connection problems

My problem : I bought 3 keys on your web site but when I want to use one of this key, demonbuddy crash and close himself.
I don’t know why it do that.
I bought mer. 17/12/2014 18:47 a new key to use demonbuddy but when I use it, demonbuddy tell me “Max Sessions.”
Can you do something to resolve it ?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
