Connection problems and DC with WoWs

Hi i dont have problems with GB direct but more with WoW haveing connection trouble and high latencys
iam running Win7 Professional 64bit
made a fresh install and thats when the problems started
i also got problems with my torrent client - so i guess i have not so optimal settings with Win7

I hope i can get help here from you guys maybe even some Router settings?
if nothing works guess my connection itself is damaged or so and i have to call my provider but before that i want to make sure that its not a user error.
and plz only post if you want to help dont need flames in here like "this is Bot forum go somewere else" etc.

i ask here cause its releated to botting, running 4 or 5 bots on a system

i had the same problem yesterday, only started happening yesterday though as the other months using it was fine.

so because of that i redownloaded hb/gb again and reinstalled.

increased my swap/page/virtual memory just in case it was that, though it uses all my system ram neway so i increased it for free ram.

its running fine for now, will reply back if nething else happens.

im using win7 64bit too

got 4GB ddr3 and 4GB pagefile on a 8GB Partition so that should be fine...
i have a feeling that my provider is throotlinge p2p and games :/ or its just europe :/

Throttling P2P is one thing, but throttling games? Time to get a new provider.

Heres a trick to get you in game MS down it may or may not help with your issue, hope it helps though pls let me know.

hm could work if i would be hooked directly to the cable modem but i got a router in between so i wonder if it works.. sure i could try it. gonne report back

np man i get a ton of DC's i know how frustrating it can be to get up in the AM to find out that you dc'd 2 mins after going to bed
