connection problem

Hi, I have a problem accessing the website www.thebuddyforums.com.

The problem appeared a few days ago for the first time and is expressed in the fact that from time to time, the site will not open for 10-15 minutes.

I spoke with my ISP and they told me that the problem is not them, but the site that redirects to different IP addresses(I have no idea what that means: D).
I hope you can fix this problem because it is quite annoying

yes i did try this also tried to reboot all devices plugged the cable directly into the computer even reset router settings but nothing helped. I can give you traceroute log if that helps.
