It's been an intermittent issue for me in the last few days. Nothing really changed at my side.
In case you ask, I am running DB in a VM, no firewall, no antivirus, and the Win10 VM image is solely for Diablo+DB, nothing was changed recently, except for some usual Win10 updates from MS.
Would someone please confirm if this is a DB server issue? so that I won't have to waste my time keep retrying at least. Thx!
