Confused and cannot find a forum for setting up

I am sorry but, I have been at it for about 2 hours and I cannot get my DB to work correctly. I put the trinity plugin in and have the rifter profile up but he lil guy just sits in town and does nothing and after a few seconds get a message on DB stating Bot thread did not end within 5 seconds and thats it. Could I get some guidance

There has been a few updates, do a fresh install of DB and try again without adding anything extra.
