Confused about new patch!

Hello, so i see this thread "Honorbuddy Update Status - Patch 7.1.0 Build #22995" and its even getting updated etc.
Atm all my bots still running fine, wow didnt updated at all. So question is, am i doing something wrong? Should i just turn off everything, update wow manually and w8 for new patch, or its fine as it is? Cheers
