Configuration Eauction

Hi, I have a problem with eAuction, I can not configure it, the bot does a scan of the price of the item but it sets a fixed price items, why?

I followed the guide and everything but I just do not always scan and I put the shares at the lower price, but puts them at a fixed price why?
