Concerning Gatherbuddy 2

Hello!
I've not been using honorbuddy for a long time, just for a week or so. I only have one account.
However, I've read that loads of people have been receiving the banhammer when using Gatherbuddy 2 recently.
I've been using GB2 every day 100 % unsupervised during night hours on EU for one week. I have not been banned.
Is this because I'm active on my account and play lots of Arena and talk to lots of people or was I simply lucky?
Does being active make me safer from a ban, even though I'm gathering at weird hours for long periods of time?

It has only been a week. However if you seriously are botting on your one account, and you wish to keep it (as in it is your main account you play on) I would make sure to limit farming.

I am simply assuming you are just trying to make extra gold for your toon. The idea is don't bot what you don't want banned. So, for me personally if I was still playing wow, I wouldn't bot on my main account.

Anyways, I would watch it while you are farming if you want to keep your account. That is my .02 though.

It is my main account yes, I wanted to make so quick money for enchants and gems. I'll definetly be more careful and I'll stop using GB2 completly since it seems extremly risky. I've already made enough for what I wanted anyway. But it's easy to get greedy.

I am not an expert, and I don't profess to know all the answers, but if you are willing to purchase another account you could probably bot more often.

You would simply have to bot on your "bot account", then proceed to either sell your items from that account on the AH (which might be risky) or sell it from a 5 - 10 dollar Wrath account. (Basically, you decide to purchase one or two more accounts).

Then farm (limit your farming) and deposit the gold into your guild bank. Withdraw the gold to your toon in increments of 20k or less. The likelihood that your main would get banned would be slim.

For a better perspective, I have been banned 2x so far (3 accounts each time), the only accounts that were banned were my farmers.

Again, I do not guarantee that your main won't get in trouble, however it would probably be a much better bet than farming on your main.
