At first the buddy store seemed pretty legit - I mean good stuff with fair prices. Profiles, plugins and CRs that took people a lot of time to work on. Now I see things that took maybe 4 minutes to code that basically do 1 stupid thing and cost $15. Like a plugin to turn in the bones in Nagrand - doesn't even farm them - literally just turns them in. I worry that the spirit of what Honorbuddy is or was -- is no more. I am all for developers putting out quality and getting solid return on investment. But the store is flooded with garbage with no rhyme or reason to the pricing - and no one puts out anything of any quality anymore for free for the community. Just an observation/concern - discuss or flame whatever.

Yea a lot of the stuff on the buddy store is junk but honestly the profile section of the forums will keep you happy since it's free.
I heard they are gonna implement a rating system which is a good idea so have faith it's a newish idea.

The example you have posted is highly irrelevant, since I have already posted that as a free profile in the appropriate forum section [QB]"Meatgut Needs Bones" quest Turn-In automation almost 3 months ago.
Regarding the quality of the products there, first there is 7days refund policy, then all the Devs on the store sign contract with Bossland with a nice list of rules, supporting the customers pretty well:

In general, some people seems forget to use the forum here for its main purpose - source of profiles, botbases and CRs for Honorbuddy, but instead jump right away on the BuddyStore, then start whining why this and that is "sold" on the BuddyStore for XX Euro.
