Concede without playing C'Thun

I already applied Coolmaster's C'ThunFix but the logic is still broken (not as bad as before but still). Situation:

My health: 6
Enemy minions: 1x A:8 H:7
1x A:5 H:9
My hand: 1x C'Thun with A:16 H:16

The bot decided to concede even so he could have played C'Thun. With a bit luck 9 of the 16 random damage would have killed the A:8 H:7.

"UILogg_2016-05-06_03-05-14-bot_log.txt" is the Hb log. Different name because of HSBToolBox

In most cases, C'Thun doesn't expect to luck ... But ... If you believe in luck - just replace this file.
