Computer spec, please help

Hi Guys,
I'm planning to upgrade my RAM from 4G to 8G,
My CPU has an FSB of 1333MH,
So what RAM should I choose, 1333 or 1600?
I see 1600 is popular nowadays.

How many bots you running? What model processor? DDR3 1333 and 1600 not THAT much difference. What do you have right now, and how many open slots do you have?

Intel Q8200 4 cores
I can only run 2 bots right now
I guess 2 slots.

I just find out my motherboard only support 4G ram max...
