Computer Restarted Every Morning - Bot Crashing?

This is more of a personal revelation and info I would like to put in here just in case someone is savvy enough to search if they have the same problem.

I recently got a new Windows 7 installation. Every morning when I wake up, my computer is restarted. I was pulling my hair out going, "What the hell? Is GB crashing at night or something?"

My bots seemed to be closing at 3am in the morning, every morning.

Then it dawned on me. Automatic updates.

If you have a new computer / OS installation, change the settings on your Automatic Updates so that your system doesn't restart itself

Hopefully this will solve some problems before it gets asked.

Also battery settings for laptops. the come with settings of hibernation after 30mins.

Rynate, Are you sure the computer has restart or just go in to a sleep? Becouse if you have 8 hours farming in the settings on the bot the bot will close your world of warcraft and then the comupter dont feel any activation so it goes to sleep. I dont know if the laptop have any other setting like close the laptop.

Nah. It was the Automatic Updates. I have any other "Power Saving" settings turned off.

Since I turned off Automatic Updates, the bots run constantly.
