Computer reinstalled and error message with Honorbuddy

Hello Guys,

Can someone help me where know?

I have completely reinstalled .Net Framework 4.6.1 and Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015. However, when I start Honorbuddy I get the following error message. I have already tried a lot but unfortunately I have not come to any success, what can I do so that my PC again works Honorbuddy?
