Computer question

I have an old computer i built, pretty cheap. I know it needs some upgrades and i am looking forward to using it for botting. The specs are:

NVIDIA GeForce 7025 Onboard Graphics
4gb ram
AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor Dual-Core Processor (3.0GHz)
windows 7 64 bit

I know i have to upgrade ram, but with the program cleanmem and wow on low settings with 13 fps, i shouldnt need a ton of ram. Any input will help.

with 3G ram I can run 3bots easily but 4 is the max
