Complying to let Blizz scan RAM and process in search of *****ing software only EU?

I've gotten banned on my EU account with the recent banwave and thought I would get back in the game again.

I started a new account on EU Bnet and when trying to purchase the game I have to check a box where it says that I give the right to Blizzard to scan my RAM and local process tree for any *****ing software.
I'm like fuck that, then they will clearly see that I am using Honorbuddy.

Is this something that is being looked upon from the Honorbuddy team or are we just fucked if we want to play with an EU account?
Surely Hbuddy will be detectable if they have permission to scan above, correct me if I'm wrong.

A hot tip that I did was to register an account on US Bnet where are no boxes to check for this.

I didn't have to leave any address or anything.
Will try to get an WOW account on EU as this is possible according to to the staff at Bnet.

Search the forums for this please. That statement has been in the EULA since the beginning of time. Blizzard isn't legally allowed to do this and thus they don't nor ever will. Why it's still in the EULA is anybodies guess. The topic has been done to death on these forums and has never led to anything but "Nope, not happening, ain't gunna happen, don't worry about it".

As long as they scan for honorbuddy being present, or any other named bot, i dont c what the problem would be. Privacy issues, no way.

So you would have no problems to understand this quote off the recent Bossland legal update:

So, do you realistically think, Blizzard would attempt to reverse engineering the Honorbuddy executable, if they were allowed to simply check the task list, or anything around?

P.S. Since you had requested, think with common sense again - Is this forum the right place for anyone, including Bossland GmbH (which is engaged into 8-9 legal battles with Blizzard) to present in the open public their Legal proofs for Blizzard's allowance/not allowance to perform certain act?

Or keep it as strategic tactic for the appropriate court hearing?

Just sayin', you do know what your Antivirus program is doing... Oh yes it is scanning your RAM and monitoring your computer.

Just a little tidbit here.
They didn't scan outside of their own dedicated ram to find HB.
They scanned WoW itself for the attachment point of HB and banned anybody with a program attached to WoW that fit the criteria of HB.
