Completely remove HonorBuddy

So the wave hit, I was in it - fine, I knew the consequences of my lazy actions.

However, I want to get back in the game (And play legit.)

I cannot format my PC.

However, can someone tell me how to completely remove Honorbuddy, I really do not wish to get hit by the next wave, if their magic warden somehow detects some old Honorbuddy data on my pc.
Nobody knows how it works, but I would like to completely get rid of it, before starting to play on a new Account. (On my same Battle.net account, which shouldn't be an issue if I do not bot, correct?)

I know it's easy. My PC has far too much to simple backup and take with me in a couple of hours.

I password archive my entire folder, delete the original, and delete c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\bossland
